Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd ("Dayang") wishes to announce that it has on 29 April 2009 received a Notice of Nomination from Ling Suk Kiong, NRIC No. 460404-13-5129, pursuant to Section 172(11) of the Companies Act 1965, of his intention to nominate Messrs KPMG for appointment as auditors of Dayang in place of retiring auditors, Messrs Moore Stephens, for the shareholders approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of Dayang.
