We refer to the Company's announcement on the above captioned dated 9 September 2009.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd ("DEHB"), AmInvestment Bank Berhad (a member of AmInvestment Bank Group), is pleased to announce that DEHB had on even date entered into a Shareholders' Agreement with SBSSB and the shareholders of SBSSB to govern the rights and obligations as shareholders of SBSSB and in the management of the business and affairs of SBSSB.
