Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd("Dayang") is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, DESB Marine Services Sdn Bhd ("DESB Marine") has on 18 January 2010 received a Letter of Award from Nautika Sdn Bhd ("Nautika") for the Time Charter of its Workboat - Dayang Zamrud for Well Reservoir Management to Brunei Shell Petroleum Company Sdn Bhd.
The contract value is approximately RM70,000,000.00 for a duration of three years.
The abovementioned contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Group for the financial years ending 31 December 2010 to 31 December 2012. There are no significant risks involved in fufilling the contract obligation.
None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of the Company or persons connected to the Directors and/or major shareholders have any direct or indirect interest in the contract.
