Further to the Company's announcement made on 26 October 2009, the public shareholding spread of the company as at 31 December 2009 is 25.96%.

The Company is,therefore, pleased to announce that it has with effect from 31 December 2009 complied with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements of the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
