We refer to the announcement dated 8 December 2010 ("Announcement") in relation to the Proposed Disposal.
On behalf of the Board, OSK wishes to announce that paragraph 3 of Section 4 of the Announcement should read as follows:-
"In addition, the PATMI of Borcos had decreased significantly from RM21,031,139 based on the audited financial statements of Borcos for the FYE 31 December 2009 to RM9,012,180 based on the unaudited financial statements of Borcos for the FPE 30 September 2010".
The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement in relation to the Proposed Disposal.
