Renounceable rights issue of 110,000,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd ("Dayang") ("Rights Share(s)") on the basis of one (1) Rights Share for every four (4) existing ordinary shares of RM0.50 each held in Dayang after the Bonus Issue (as defined herein) as at 5.00 p.m. on 10 February 2011 at an issue price of RM1.10 per Rights Share payable in full upon acceptance ("Rights Issue").
