The Board of Directors of Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd ("the Company") is pleased to announce that a single tier second interim dividend in the aggregate amount of Rm17.4 million, being an interim dividend of Rm0.015 per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2022 has been declared by the Company and shall be paid on 17 March 2023 to depositors registered in the Records of Depositors at the close of business on 3 March 2023.
