The Board of Directors of Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd ("the Company") is pleased to announce that a single tier dividend in the aggregate amount of RM34.7 million, being the first interim dividend of RM 0.030 per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2024 has been declared by the Company and shall be paid on 18 September 2024 to the depositors registered in the Records of Depositors at the close of business on 6 September 2024.
