The Board of Directors of Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd wishes to announce tat the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature as its 19th Annual General Meeting to be convened at a date to be notified later. 

A Circular / Statement to shareholders setting out the details pertaining to the Proposals will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
