The Board of Directors of Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd ("the Company") is pleased to announce that a single tier first interim dividend in the aggregate amount of RM81 million, being the first interim dividend of RM0.070 per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2025 has been declare by the Company and shall be paid on 23 September 2025 to the depositors registered in the Records of Depositors at the close of business on 9 September 2025.
