The Board of Directors of Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature and Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading nature to be entered with Persons Connected at its 20th Annual General Meeting to be convened at a date to be notified later.

A Circular/ Statement to shareholder setting out the details pertaining to the Proposals will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
