The Board of Directors of Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd ("the Company") is pleased to announce that a single tier interim dividend in the aggregate amount of RM81 million, being the interim dividend of RM0.070 per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025 has been declared by the Company and shall be paid on 12 March 2026 to the depositors registered in the Records of Depositors at the close of business on 2 March 2026.
