Further to our announcement made on 27 August 2010, Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd ("Dayang") wishes to announce that the acquisition of one unit of offshore accommodation workboat ("Vessel") by DESB Marine Services Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dayang, has been completed upon delivery of the said vessel on 18 January 2012. The name of the vessel is registered as M.V. Dayang Topaz.
