2. Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to purchase its own shares of up to 10% of its issued and paid-up share capital and
3. Proposed Amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company.

The Board of Directors of Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd wishes  to announce that the Company intend to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposals at its forthcoming 6th Annual General Meeting to be convened at a date to be announced.

A Circular to Shareholders setting out the details pertaining to the Proposals will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
