Announcement Details/Table Section : We wish to announce that the 6th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd will be held at Imperial Hotel, Jalan Pos, 98000 Miri, Sarawak on Thursday 14 June 2012 at 11.30 a.m. Members whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of the Company as at 6 June 2012 shall be entitled to attend the AGM or appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his/her behalf. A copy of the Notice of AGM is attached herewith for your attention.
