The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue. 

We refer to the announcements dated 6 December 2013 and 19 December 2013 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue. 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Dayang, RHB Investment Bank Berhad ("RHB") wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has resolved to approve the listing of and quotation for up to 275,000,000 Bonus Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue, on the Main Market of Bursa Securities vide its letter dated 23 December 2013.

The approval by Bursa Securities is subject to the following conditions:- 

(1) Dayang and RHB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements ("LR") pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Bonus Issue; 

(2) Dayang and RHB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Bonus Issue; 

(3) Dayang to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the proposal is completed; 

(4) Dayang to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by shareholders at extraordinary general meeting for the Proposed Bonus Issue; and 

(5) Dayang and RHB are required to make the relevant announcements pursuant to Paragraph 6.35(a) & (b) and 6.35(4) of the LR.
