On behalf of the Board of Directors of Dayang, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a private placement of up to ten percent (10%) of the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company to investors to be identified. The Proposed Private Placement will be undertaken in accordance with the general mandate pursuant to Section 132D of the Companies Act, 1965, obtained from the shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held on 12 June 2014.
