(Reference is made to Dayang’s announcements dated 12 May 2017, 24 July 2017, 9 August 2017, 1 November 2017 and 24 November 2017 in relation to the Dividend-In-Specie (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Announcements.)
