Numeric Investors LLC ("NI") acts as the discretionary investment manager for various Funds. In that capacity, NI has discretion to deal with all the shares held by the Funds and to exercise the votes attached to some of the shares. On 14 May 2019, the Funds disposed 4,151,600 shares of DEHB through the Registered Holders. This brought the Funds' total number of voting shares to 54,457,400 (5.64%) of DEHB's total voting shares. Man Group PLC is deemed interested in the DEHB shares held by NI pursuant to Section 8(4) of the Companies Act 2016. |
