On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce the Board has, on 5 March 2021, fixed the issue price for the first and final tranche of the Private Placement of 96,480,900 Placement Shares at RM1.3717 per Placement Share.

The issue price of RM1.3717 per Placement Share represents a discount of RM0.1192 or approximately 8.00% to the 5-day VWAMP of Dayang Shares up to and including 4 March 2021 of RM1.4909 per Dayang Share.
