Further to our announcement dated 1 August 2008, in addition to the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions, the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Shareholders' Ratification for recurrent related party transactions entered into from the listing date until the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting.
A Circular to shareholders setting out the details of the above proposal will be dispatched to shareholders in due course.
