The Board of Directors of Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd ("the Company") is pleased to announce that a single tier final dividend in the aggregate amount of RM 34.7 million, being an interim dividend RM0.030 per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2023 has been declared by the Company and shall be paid on 22 March 2024 to depositors registered in the Records of Depositors at the close of business on 12 March 2024.
