The Board of Directors of Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the following proposals at its forthcoming 5th Annual General Meeting to be convened at a date, which will be notified later.

1) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature and

2) Proposed Renewal of Authority For The Company To Purchase Its Own Shares Of Up to 10% Of Its Issued Paid-Up Share Capital.

A Circular setting out the details pertaining to the Proposals will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
