We refer to the announcements dated 6 December 2013, 19 December 2013, 24 December 2013, 27 December 2013 and 13 January 2014 in relation to the Bonus Issue. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Dayang, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that 275,000,000 Bonus Shares will be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue. The Bonus Issue will be completed with the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 30 January 2014.
