We refer to the Notice which was despatched to the shareholders of Perdana Petroleum Berhad ("PPB") on 21 August 2015. On behalf of Dayang, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the period for the shareholders of PPB to exercise their rights pursuant to Section 223 of the CMSA has ended at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on 21 November 2015.
