Mr Chin Hsiun began his career as a Pupilage with Messrs. Allen & Gledhill Advocates and Solicitors, Kuala Lumpur in 1995 - 1996 and with Messrs. Yong & Co. Advocates, Kuching in 1996 - 1997. He joined Messrs. Yong Wong & Chin Advocates, Miri in 1997 and was appointed the Managing Partner in 2004. Mr Chin has vast experience in litigation on corporate disputes including corporate set up and registration of venture companies apart from the regular practice of conducting sale and purchase legal documentation, conveyancing and banking documentation. |
