The Board of Directors of Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the following proposals at its 14th Annual General Meeting to be convened at a date to be notified later:
1. Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and
2. Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Purchase its own Shares.
A Circular/Statement to shareholders setting out the details pertaining to the Proposals will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
